Product 12-Month Limited Warranty

OKC Products, Inc., Longmont, Colorado USA, warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of original purchase. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser. This warranty shall not apply to fuses, disposable batteries, or any product or parts that have failed as a result of misuse, neglect, accident, abuse, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, or abnormal conditions of operations.

In the event of failure of the product covered by this warranty, the warrantor will repair, calibrate or refurbish the product returned for sevice within twelve (12) months of the original purchase, provided the warrantor's examination discloses to its satisfaction that the product was defective. The warrantor may, at its option, replace the product in lieu of repair. With regard to any product returned within twelve (12) months of the original purchase, said repairs or replacment will be free of charge in the USA, otherwise repair or replacement will be billed at nominal cost.

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF USE SHALL BE LIMITED TO A PERIOD OF TWELVE (12) MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE. THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. WARRANTOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR TORT.
